Below you will book your appointment. Full sets and fill-ins are NOT booked based on which style set you prefer/currently have. A 10 minute consultation is included when you come for your full set, and this is where we can help you determine which style will be best for you! If you are a new client who is unsure of which style would be best for you and would like a little clarification BEFORE your appointment- you can text “CONSULTATION” to 704-773-5984.
SOPHisticated Lashes is currently NOT accepting NEW clients at this time on a regular basis. New clients who are interested in snagging a spot if one does become available must first fill out the form below:

Any new client booking made before a confirmation and communication with Sophia at SOPHisticated Lashes, LLC. will be deleted.
My current form of payment is CASH ONLY. You cannot leave and come back to bring cash under ANY circumstances., but you can use a money transferring app in an emergency. An additional fee is required for online payment (read below).
A $50 deposit is required for ALL full sets- this deposit is non-refundable and able to be transferred up to ONE (1) time IF cancelation is made in a timely manner (read cancelation policy below).

Regular clients will book after their appointment that lands within the first 2 weeks of the month. You will receive a direct link to book via text message!
If you miss out on bookings or do not see your desired time/date you are able to book AFTER HOURS. These after hour appointments are an additional $20 and are available UPON REQUEST. Confirmation must be made with me BEFORE you book after hours. See “After hours/Squeeze” below under “1 week touch ups & OTHER” to see available dates. TEXT “after hours + dates/times” to 704-773-5984 for confirmation and booking approval.
A $10 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit is transferable up to ONE (1) time- after that, a new deposit is required. This deposit is taken off at the time of service. Your remaining balance is to be paid in cash.
As a regular client, upkeep and after care is expected of you.
There are a few areas you may run into that will require an extra charge. Those include:
NOT PAYING IN CASH..... +$5
Payment is CASH ONLY. If an emergency comes up and you forget to bring cash, a $5 transfer fee will applied to use a money sharing app or credit card! This is just to cover the fees on these apps!
Cancelations must be made AT LEAST 48 hours in advance in order to ensure your spot will be filled.
Cancelations/Rescheduling made BEFORE the 48 hour mark of your FILL-IN appointment will allow a deposit transfer that is good for a ONE WEEK PERIOD. Meaning, if you reschedule within 1 week of the appointment you are canceling then your deposit will transfer- if it is outside of that week then a NEW deposit is required. Cancelations/Rescheduling made BEFORE the 48 hour mark of your FULL SET appointment will allow a deposit transfer that is good for a TWO WEEK PERIOD. Meaning, if you reschedule within 2 weeks of the appointment you are canceling then your deposit will transfer- if it is outside of that week then a NEW deposit is required.
Cancelations made for FULL SETS & FILL INS within 48 hours BUT BEFORE the 24 hour mark will result in forfeit of deposit transfer (meaning you will lose your deposit and have to make a new one when rescheduling).
Same day cancelations (24 hours) will result in a 100% charge of the service scheduled.
NO CALL NO SHOW will result in 100% charge of the service scheduled.
